New Bits and Pieces at Irymple Store

Some gorgeous vintage cupboards,tables and drawers have arrived at the Irymple Store,so good to have a little change around.

This outfit is c1905,complete with skirt,jacket,cravat and bonnet. It is in pristine condition ($650 - mannequin N.F.S.)

This little leadlight teatrolley is from the late 1920s or perhaps very early 30's, quite an interesting one.

Some more lovely needlepoint cushions,beautiful colours.

30's and 40's

Spring is the first thing that comes to mind when looking at these gorgeous curtains from the late 1930's,early 40's. Both sets are in immaculate conditon, I think they have been stored away and barely used, as they are as bright and intact as the day they were made I'm sure. One set has two matching frilled cushion covers and pelmet vallance,(apricot set $110.00) and the pink and also has a pelmet vallance but no cushion covers ($85.00 set ) The porcelain half doll is from the same estate and is attached to a ribbon bound hoop,$85.00

Victorian

This is a beautiful Victorian sewing/work table, made from walnut and a lovely piece of furniture. Unfortunately the top needs some minor repair to the finish, it would personally not bother me to leave it as it is, as age and character only add to the charm. ( $795.00)

This is an unusual Victorian vase,handpainted with birds and flowers in greys and whites. ($125.00)

This double stool has lovingly been handworked with garlands and flowers over the entire surface. Perfect as a traditional piano stool or lovely at the foot of the bed or under a window. $245.00

It's Time

There are some great clocks being produced at the moment, we have all sorts of styles and sizes.The Industrial look is really popular, and fits in well with a more masculine decor.

Some stunning new needlepoint rugs and cushions have just arrived, something you can never have too many of !
