We are still unpacking new goodies, these lovely things are the highlights for today. The gorgeous wrought iron gates are quite unusual - they are new ( not antique ) and feature little bird figures and leaves intertwined. It was such a great day to be outside moving things around,a light drizzle of rain all day long - so refreshing after the last week of extreme heat. There are also some lovely mirrored jewel boxes,new chandeliers,glass decorations and very chic make up and jewellery holders. There are many new silver bracelets,earrings and necklaces - I have displayed some of the new ones on this lovely oak 1930's "dumbwaiter". ( used in Edwardian times as a servery,with shelves and cupboards for silverware,cutlery and china) This Edwardian pine dressing table is such a pretty one, with the carved decorative panels a feature,it's in immaculate condition, most probably recently restored.
