There are still a few roses that have survived the searing heat of the last few days,I am hoping the very early Summer weather does not totally wipe out the remaining colour in the front garden. The pretty pink in the shades of this French style brass lamp are not everybodys taste, but I love them against the blue tiles in this unusual old washstand.
