A very busy day with lots of people enjoying the sunshine, coffee and cake and a leisurely browse. These photos were taken in between making coffee and wrapping purchases. Susan Southams "Velvet Pears",a most beautiful book. One of the many we have in stock at the moment including lots of gorgeous French decorating titles, perfect for inspiring new ideas. This fantastic cast iron cross is very tall and very heavy, probably the best one we've ever had in so far. The rusty tin urns would look really good planted with box or topiary, but I have left them empty as they look so good without anything planted in them at all. An old rustic mirror, some greenery and the scene wouldn't be complete without some birdlife of some description! There are little birds everywhere you look at the moment, I have to admit to being a bit of a bird lover, whether they be cast iron or the flying variety. Back again soon with some more photos.
