All The Pretty Things

We managed to unpack quite a lot of the new treasures today,they seem to be all of the pretty things. Being such a hot sunny day most of the furniture is still safely in the van,for fear of the heat damaging the timber. I will take some photos as it all makes its way into the shop, hopefully by the end of the week I will have places for everything!

Shopping trips

I have not updated our photos for a few days as I have been away collecting new stock, which I will try to photograph over the next week. Meanwhile there are many lovely treasures here ,this fantastic wire trug would be the perfect flower picking basket, and the flower shears really do the job well. Casual baskets dotted around the house are not only decorative but are so useful for holding little collections that seem to gather.

This colorful collection of small and interesting vintage and antique bottles makes a great display.

New Arrivals

This very handsome old rocking horse has been entertaining many a child ( and parent ) for years, but still has a lot of life left in him. The lace collection pictured has been lovingly created by hand, and there is one piece with needle still attached, maybe put away for a rainy day that never came.
