The humble poe

There was once a time when potties, poes, chamber pots, were seen as objects of convenience and practicality. The more wealthy the owner, the more decorative the pot, even though they mostly hid under the bed or in the "pottie cupboard" in the bedroom. They are now proudly displayed as vases, plant holders or purely decorative around the house (but please don't serve the soup from them )
